In the event of unresolved disputes between the Professional and the Consumer, the consumer may contact the consumer mediator. Consumer mediation is an extrajudicial settlement of consumer disputes.

Fees applicable to sales in 2024: The negotiated fees are capped at a maximum of 5% including VAT on the net selling price, payable by the seller unless otherwise stated. These fees represent the highest percentage applicable to our services and already include a 20% VAT. Payment of the fees is only required upon the final completion of the transaction.

Fees applicable to purchases in 2024: A flat fee of 7,900 euros including taxes applies if the total purchase price, including all taxes and agency fees, is equal to or less than 260,000 euros. For amounts higher than 260,000 euros and up to 1,000,000 euros, a decreasing percentage of 3% of the total purchase price, including all taxes and agency fees, applies. For amounts exceeding 1,000,000 euros, the fee is 2.5% of the total purchase price, including all taxes and agency fees. These fees are payable upon the final completion of the transaction and include a 20% VAT.
